摘要
目的:探讨胎盘多肽注射液对小鼠移植性肿瘤的活性作用;方法:用荷瘤小鼠抑瘤实验及生存时间实验进行活性检测;结果:胎盘多肽注射液能显著抑制小鼠S180移植性肿瘤的生长,能明显延长H22荷瘤小鼠的生存时间;结论:胎盘多肽注射液具有很好的抑瘤和延长寿命的作用。
Objective: To study the active actions of placenta polypeptide injection against mice transplant tumors; Methods: To detect for the activities by the anti-tumor experiment and the survival time of tumor-bearing mice; Results: Placenta polypeptide injection can significantly inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor S180, and can obviously prolong the survival time of H22 tumor-bearing mice; Conclusion: Placenta polypeptide injection has very good actions in inhibiting tumors and prolonging life.
