铜仁地区每年有40万左右农村劳动力外出务工,打工经济已成为铜仁地区农民增收的主要渠道。本文从铜仁地区农村富余劳动力转移的意义、问题、思路等方面进行了初步分析,以期对铜仁地区农村富余劳动力转移有一定的指导作用。
