摘要
由于高职院校存在对辅导员职能认识不清,缺乏规范的辅导员选拔机制和培训机制以及一些矛盾性因素,导致高职院校辅导员队伍专业化发展过程中出现了一些困境;在上述基础上,本文从社会、辅导员、职业自身三个方面探讨了它的成因;提出建设长效机制是促进辅导员队伍的专业化发展的必然路径。
It has some difficult positions during the course of establishing the professional political instructor team caused by being unclear to understand the political instructor’s function, lacking the standard selection mechanism and the training mechanism as well as some contradictory factor. On the the basis of it, this paper discussed its origin from three aspects: social aspect, the political instructor aspect and occupation aspect. Proposed that the construction persistent effect mechanism is inevitable way to promote the political instructors’s specialized devel- opment.
