子宫颈癌56例手术治疗分析

Surgical Treatment of Cervical Cancer of 56 Cases

目的:探讨宫颈癌的治疗和预后。方法:对2003-2009年间收治的56例宫颈癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:56例均接受手术治疗,子宫全切除术6例,子宫次广泛切除术3例,48例行子宫广泛切除术和盆腔淋巴清扫术,其中3例因手术前后病理结果不同影响分期和手术范围。并发症发生率44.6%。结论:提高术前诊断准确率,严格掌握手术适应症和熟习盆腔解剖是提高手术成功率的关键。重视围手术期的处理可以明显减少手术后并发症。

Objective:To investigate the treatment of cervical cancer and prognosis.Methods:The 2003-2009 years were 56 cases of cervical cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Results 56 patients underwent surgical treatment,hysterectomy in 6 cases,extensive resection of the uterus in 3 cases,48 cases extensive resection of the uterus and pelvic lymph node dissection,and 3 patients before and after surgery due to different effects of pathological stage and surgical results range.Complication rate was 44.6%.Conclusion improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis,surgical indications and to familiarize themselves with strict control of pelvic anatomy is the key to improve the success rate.Attention to perioperative treatment can reduce postoperative complications.
