Strengthening Education for Self-discipline of Leading Cadres Honest Thinking Educational Methods

增强党员领导干部廉政意识,促进党员领导干部廉洁从政,教育是基础,加强廉洁从政教育,引导党员干部树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和权力观、地位观、利益观;制度是保证,健全和完善制度,形成用制度规范从政行为,按制度办事,靠制度管人的有效机制;落实是关键,实践证明,无论再好的制度,都离不开人的贯彻落实,只有结合工作实际,把贯彻落实制度贯穿于实际工作,制度的效益才能体现出来。在此,笔者以《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则》的颁布实施为例,浅析了贯彻落实《廉政准则》的关键是要抓好学习教育,学习教育的重点在于加强党员领导干部理想信念教育、廉洁自律教育、党的纪律教育、党的作风教育、警示教育、干部岗位教育、廉洁教育,增强广大干部廉政意识,促进领导干部廉洁从政。

Enhanced Independent party-awareness,and promote political party members and leading cadres are clean,basic education,strengthen integrity in politics,to guide the party members and cadres to establish a correct outlook on life,values,power,status,and interests;system is to ensure that,improve and perfect the system,the formation of political behavior with the rules and norms,according to the system work,rely on the system an effective mechanism for managing people;implementation is the key,proven,no matter no matter how good the system,are inseparable from the implementation of people,only the combination of work practical,to implement the system throughout the actual work,the effectiveness of the system can be reflected.In this,the author of "leading cadres of the Communist Party of China,a number of guidelines for clean politics," the promulgation and implementation of an example of the implementation of the "Clean and Honest Government" key should be placed on educational work,study and education focus is to strengthen the party-perfect belief in education,honesty and self-education,the party’s discipline,the party’s style of education,warning education,education cadre posts,honest education and enhance awareness of the cadres and integrity,and promote clean and honest administration.
