摘要
创造性发展是高职院校学生成长过程中不可或缺的一项任务。当前,针对高职生在一定程度上表现出创造性不足的现状,应加强思想工作和心理健康教育,激发主体能动性;转变教育理念,提供发展高职学生创造性的环境因素;开展丰富多彩的活动,积极拓展创造性实践活动空间等三方面着手,促进高职生创造性的可持续发展。
The creative development of students in vocational colleges is an integral part of growing up in the task.Currently,vocational students have demonstrated to some extent the status of less than creative.Should strengthen the ideological and mental health education,to stimulate the main activity;changes in educational philosophy,the development of vocational students to provide creative environmental factors;carry out a variety of activities,and actively expand the creative practice space,three aspects,and promote innovative vocational college students sustainable development.
