小儿静脉留置针技术的临床应用,有利于对急危重症患者的救治,提高护理效率,减轻护士的工作量,配合医生的治疗。方法:采用规范的小儿静脉留置针穿刺操作方法和封管技术,明确观察及护理的事项。结果:给小儿采用静脉留置针可减少反复穿刺的痛苦,保护人体血管,减少药液外渗,利于定时、随时给药。结论:严格技术操作规范化,做好观察及护理防范措施,是静脉留置针技术应用的质量保证。

Objective:pediatric intravenous catheter needle technique clinical application,beneficial for the treatment of critically ill patients,improve nursing efficiency,reduce the workload of the nurse,with medical treatment.Methods:using the standard pediatric intravenous catheter needle operating method and sealing technique,clear observation and nursing.Results:for pediatric use of venous indwelling needle can reduce repeated puncture pain,protect the blood vessels of the human body,reduction of fluid extravasation,timing,at any time for delivery.Conclusion:strict technical standard,make observation and nursing measures of venous indwelling needle,is the application of quality assurance.
