Athletes High, Plain Training Physiological Function Index Comparative Study

摘要 随着竞技体育的发展和运动技术的提高,高、平原交替训练越来越受到国内外体育学者的关注,运用文献资料法和数据统计对比分析法,对甘肃省定西市体校的5名田径运动员,分别进行了高、平原训练生理机能的测试。结果显示:经高原训练后运动员来都平训练时,基础心率和血压逐渐下降,红细胞、血红蛋白下降都比较明显,血清生长激素明显升高。所以通过对运动员生理机能指标的测评为教练员科学的安排比赛周期,运动监控提供依据。 With the development of competitive sports and sports technology improvements, high, plain by more and more domestic and international sports training alternately scholars’ attention, by using the methods of documentation and statistics dingxi areas of gansu province, a comparative analysis of the five city schools respectively on track and field athletes, training of plateau and plain physiological function of the test, the results showed that: after training by the plateau when players to have flat training based heart rate and blood pressure, decreased gradually, the red, the hemoglobin decline were more apparent, significant increases in serum growth hormone. So based on assessment of physiological function index athletes for the coaches scientific arrangement, sport game cycles provides the basis.
