打造武陵之都,创建仁义之城

武陵地区由于历史地理等原因,经济社会发展普遍落后,但近几年来,通过各市的努力,不同市区之间在发展上还是出现了明显的差距。其中铜仁地区的人均生产总值在武陵地区的七个市州中排名明显靠后。因此,在国家的扶持政策下,如何发展铜仁地区,明确发展方向,使其后来居上,就成为了铜仁市区目前需要关注的一个重要问题。笔者认为,如果将"梵天净土,桃源铜仁"理解为铜仁独特文化与天然生态的形象展示,那么,就应将"武陵之都、仁义之城"诠释为铜仁经济发展与精神文明的更高追求,可以通过重民生、讲诚信、正风气、树形象、优教育等方法力求将铜仁打造成"武陵之都,仁义之城"。

Wuling area due to historical and geographical reasons, the economic and social development lags behind, but in recent years, through the efforts of different cities, urban development between the still appeared obvious gap. the per capita GDP of Tongren area in Wuling ’s seven cities come low in rankings.Therefore, in the national policy support, to the development of the Tongren area, a clear direction of development, to catch up from behind, it has become an important problem in Tongren area at present need attention.The author thinks, if we take the "Brahma Pureland, Taoyuan Tongren" as the Tongren unique cultural and natural ecological’Image display, so, "the capital of Wuling, the city of benevolence and righteousness" should be interpreted as higher pursuit of economic development of Tongren and the spiritual civilization, it can through pay closer attention to people’s livelihood, stresses the integrity,give priority to the development of education, strive to build Tongren into "the capital of Wuling, the city of benevolence and righteousness".
