摘要
以问卷调查、走访调研、专家座谈会等形式对铜仁市农委、各产茶县职能部门及茶叶生产加工企业进行人才需求及岗位调研,主要从铜仁市生态茶产业分布状况、基层职能部门人才需求状况、茶企业人才需求状况及专业人才能力素质情况4个方面进行分析,探讨存在的问题并提出建议,为专业的建设及改革发展提供一定的指导。
We study the talent demand and jobs of tea production and processing in agriculture commission of Tongren city,functional department of each tea-producing county and tea enterprises. We study by the form of questionnaire survey,the visiting and the investigational study,forum of experts and other forms. In this study,we analysis mainly form four aspects,i.e.(I)Includeecological tea industry distribution of Tongren city,(II)Demanding of tea professionalsin functional departments,(III)Talents of tea enterprises,(IV) The quality of tea professionals. We want to explore the existing problems,offer some proposals and make recommendations for the reform and development of tea science.
