高职院校护理专业的人才培养目标是培养高素质技能型护理人才,为了实现这一目标,必须在教学中改变传统的教学模式,采用理实一体化教学,让学生在学习专业知识和专业技能的同时,注重发现-分析-解决问题、人际交往、团队合作等方面的能力,拓宽学生的就业面,有助于促进专业建设和发展。

The cultivation of nursing specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges talents is to cultivate high qualified nursing staff,in order to achieve this goal,we must change the traditional teaching mode in the teaching,the integration of theory and practice teaching,students learn professional knowledge and professional skills at the same time,pay attention to analysis and problem solving ability,interpersonal communication,team cooperation,broaden the students’ employment,help to promote the professional construction and development.
