摘要
长达10年的油研9号后代遗传分配规律研究,通过套代自交、测交、兄妹交的方式揭示了油究9号杂交油菜品种的隐性核不育基因相互作用的遗传与表达规律,即基因A<sub>1</sub>A<sub>2</sub>(显性),a<sub>1</sub>a<sub>2</sub>(隐性)在独立分配中控制育性分离表达的一致性。研究结果表明:油料9号不同遗传背景是由(A<sub>1</sub>A<sub>1</sub>A<sub>2</sub>A<sub>2</sub>)对育性起重叠作用的两对非等位基因所支配,它的雄性不育是由双隐性基因(a<sub>1</sub>a<sub>2</sub>)共同控制的。
after 10 years of Youyan 9 offspring genetic distribution study,the set of selfing,test cross,brother and sister make approach to reveal the genetic and expression of Recessive Genic Male Sterile Gene oil in 9 hybrid rape varieties of interaction,namely the A1A1gene(dominant),A1A2(implicit) control the consistency of fertility expression in the independent distribution.Research results show that:Oil No.9 different genetic background is composed of(A1A1A2A2) on fertility have overlapping action of two pairs of nonallelic genes dominated,male sterility which is composed of double recessive gene(A1A2) of common control.
