摘要
采用12对微卫星引物对江口萝卜猪群体的遗传多样性进行研究。结果发现12个微卫星座在江口萝卜猪群体中均具有多态性,基因杂合度分别为0.8373、0.8322、0.8023、0.7463、0.8192、0.6808、0.7480、0.6701、0.7418、0.8011、0.6638和0.7780;多态信息含量分别为0.8023、0.7929、0.7578、0.6916、0.7806、0.6077、0.6912、0.6054、0.6897、0.7557、0.5886和0.7315;有效等位基因数为2.88、2.9316、3.0252、3.6961、3.7578、3.7815、4.2553、4.7120、4:7368、5.1429、5.5046和5.6604。实验结果表明,江口萝卜猪群体具有较高的遗传多样性,群体内部变异较大,若通过家系育种有较大的选育潜力。
Using 12 microsatellite markers for(to) genetic diversity analysis in Jiangkou LuoBu pigs.The results are as followed:Genetic polymorphism of 12 microsatellite sites in the Jiangkou LuoBu pigs,the mean of gene heterozygosity is 0.7601;the mene of polymorphism information content is 0.7079;the mene of effective number of allelesn is 4.1737.The result showed that has high genetic diversity and has big genetic variation in Jiangkou LuoBu pigs.The study will be useful for pedigree breeding.
