双针接力法为主治疗颈椎病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis Based Double Needle Relay Method

目的:探讨双针接力法为主配合牵引推拿疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:双针同时针刺双侧的循经穴和局部穴位(均为同名穴),采用接力法,配合颈部牵引、推拿治疗N根型颈椎病126例为观察组,并随机设普通针刺、牵引、推拿治疗该病78例为对照组,进行临床对照疗效分析。结果:观察组治愈率为84.92%,对照组治愈率为50%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(p【0.05)。结论:双针接力法为主配合牵引、推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病有显著疗效。

Objective:To investigate the double needle relay method combined with traction clinical efficacy of massage therapy in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Method:Double needle and acupuncture acupoints and local point through bilateral(both homonymy points),the relay method,combined with cervical traction,massage therapy N root type cervical spondylosis and 126 cases of the observation group,and random with ordinary acupuncture,traction,massage in treating the disease of 78 patients in the control group,the clinical efficacy of control analysis.Result:In the observation group,the cure rate was 84.92%,the cure rate of the control group was 50%,the curative effect of therapeutic group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double needle relay method combined with traction,massage treatment nerve root cervical vertebra diseases have a significant effect.
