合作共建实验实训中心运行机制研究

Research on the Operation Mechanism of Experiment and Practice Training Center Construction and Cooperation

高职院校与行业(企业)合作共建实验实训中心,是高职院校推动人才培养改革、提高实践教学质量的重要环节,能够实现多方共赢,提升人才培养质量。本文介绍了合作共建实验实训中心取得的成效,分析了实验实训中心运行中存在的问题,探索了实验实训中心可持续发展的运行机制。

Higher vocational colleges and enterprises cooperation experimental training center,promote the reform of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,an important link to improve teaching quality,can realize a win-win situation,to improve the quality of talent training.This paper introduced the experiment and practice training center construction and cooperation achievements,analyzes the existing problems in the operation of the experimental training center,to explore the operation mechanism of sustainable development of the experimental training center.
