教学方法是提高教学质量的关键,尤其是对于高职教育而言,传统的教学方法已不能适应高职人才培养的需求。尤其是理论教学往往让学生感到枯燥乏味,因此,理论教学方法的改革与创新更是教学方法改革的重头戏。在"国家骨干高职院校建设"项目的推动下,本文就如何基于职业能力培养的高职理论教学方法的改革与创新进行探析。

teaching method is the key to improve the quality of teaching,especially for higher vocational education,traditional teaching methods can not adapt to the needs of higher vocational talents training.Especially the theory teaching often make students feel dull,therefore,the reform and innovation of teaching methods is the reform of teaching methods.In "to promote the construction of national backbone project,this paper is based on the theory of how to reform and innovation in higher vocational teaching methods of the occupation ability.
