作为全国唯一被列为国家低碳经济试点的省会城市,南昌市要成为城市低碳发展的"中部样本",就要求政府转变职能,向着生态型政府的方向去发展。注重理念引领,提升能力,创新管理和考核机制,完善政府的生态责任追究制度,实现经济发展与低碳生态的和谐。
As the only listed national low carbon economy pilot provincial capital city,Nanchang city to become "the sample" city of low carbon development,requires the transformation of government functions,toward the ecotype government direction to develop.Focus on advanced Notion of ecotype to Lead,lifting capacity,innovation management and evaluation mechanism,perfecting the government ecosystem responsibility system,the realization of economic development and low carbon ecological harmony.
