武陵山区域经济可持续发展靠集聚优势的研究——以贵州省铜仁市工业发展为例

文章对贵州省九个市州的一、二、三产业进行数理分析,论证了武陵山区铜仁市经济落后的真正原因在于工业的落后;然后以黔东工业聚集区为背景,沿着"铜仁发展的希望在工业——工业突破的希望在集聚——发达的职业教育是工业突破的人才保障"的思路,综合运用产业经济学、区域经济学、经济地理学、政府经济学、企业管理学等学科的有关理论,深入分析了工业聚集区这一特定组织形式发展演进的一般规律,详细论述了铜仁后发赶超的有效途径。论证了一个地方的长期可持续发展并不是靠资源优势、而是靠集聚优势的观点,为铜仁市委、市政府决策提供了具有重要价值的意见和建议,对开创工业强省、构建"经济高地"、冲出"经济洼地"、推进区域经济发展具有现实和战略意义。

The article mathematical analysis on primary,secondary and tertiary of Guizhou nine city,demonstrates the real reason of backwardness in Wuling mountainous areas of Tongren City is the backwardness of industrial economic;and then set in Qiandong industry assembling area,along the ideas that " The hope of Tongren development is industry — the hope of Tongren breakthrough is agglomeration,advanced vocational education is the talented person safeguards of industry breakthrough ",comprehensive use of industrial economics,regional economics,economic geography,government economics,business management and other disciplines relevant theory,in-depth analysis of the general rules of the development of that particular forms of organization industry assembling area evolution is discussed in detail,the effective ways to surpass the Tongren.Demonstrates a local long-term sustainable development and not rely on resource advantage,but by the agglomeration advantage view,provides the important value of opinion and the suggestion for Tongren municipal Party committee and government decision-making,to create a strong industrial province,construction of " economic high ground",rush out of "economic depression",to promote regional economic development with the reality and strategic significance.
