校企合作的实践教学对大学生职业素质的影响

摘要 大学生职业素质高低将直接关系到能否成功就业。本研究考察校企合作的实践教学培养方式对大学生职业素质的影响。通过对比研究发现,参加校企合作教学培养方式实验的学生比对照组学生职业理想更为明确,专业兴趣更强、职业能力和职业素质更高,有更完整的职业生涯规划,更高的专业前景认同度;在专业技能、综合能力、社会适应能力等方面提高校企合作的实践教学程度更大。因此,校企合作的实践教学方式有助于学生提高总体职业素质,增强就业竞争力。 Professional quality can affect college students’ competitiveness in job market. This paper investigated the impact of university- enterprise cooperation teaching on college students’ professional quality. A comparative study revealed that the students in the treatment(university- enterprise cooperation teaching) group had higher professional qualities than those in the control group,displaying clearer professional goal, stronger professional interest, more complete professional plan, stronger expectation for their major, and had made more improvement in major ability, comprehensive abilities, social adaptation abilities. It can be reasonably concluded that university- enterprise cooperation teaching contributes to improving students’ overall professional qualities, helping them to have high competitiveness in job market.
