On Improving the Efficacy of Career Guidance Work in Colleges Based on the Local Economy

做好高职院校学生的就业指导与职业引导意义重大,就业情况是检验高校教学质量和教学成果的最后一道试金石,也是高校工作的重中之重。高职院校就业指导应该结合地方实际,做到就业指导切实有效。本文结合自身工作经验,与铜仁地方经济发展相联系,进行就业指导与地方经济发展相结合的尝试。

It is significant to prepare the career and professional guidance for college students. The employment rate is the last test to examine the teaching quality and achievements of colleges and the most important aspect among all college work. The career guidance should be combined with local condition so as to make it more practical. This paper explores the combination of career guidance with local economic development based on individual work experience and the reality in Tongren.
