摘要
现代社会,人们在巨大的生活压力下出现了各种各样的身心障碍,甚至诱发各种严重疾病。为防病保健,大多数人片面追求饮食养生,而忽略了情志养生。"情志养生"对中医学"治未病"的先进思想体现得尤为充分,在当今社会应为人们倍加重视。本文以"治未病"为主旨,明确了为何应重视情志养生、情志养生的关键以及从四季角度分别阐述如何进行正确的情志养生。
Somatopsychic disturbance is caused under the great pressure of life in modern society which can induce serious diseases.Most of the people are in pursuit of the health through food ignoring the emotional health for diseases prevention and health care.Mental health is fully embodied in the thought of preventive treatment of disease which should be paid attention to by people in the contemporary society.This paper centering on preventive treatment of disease illustrates the reasons and methods of keeping mental health through four seasons.
