摘要
随着高职院校由规模发展向内涵建设的过渡,院校之间竞争范围迅速扩大,有效的人力资源管理已经成为学院获得竞争优势的重要途径,而人力资源有效管理的关键是绩效考核的运用。本文总结了铜仁职院从率先运用绩效考核加强内部管理6年以来,运用了较为科学的自我约束管理机制,并逐年纠偏,持续改进,不断优化绩效考核方法,使之渐趋完善,从而激发出了全院教职员工的工作激情和活力,收到了明显的效果。
along with the higher vocational colleges from the scale development to the transition of the construction of the connotation,scope expanded rapidly,competition between colleges and universities,effective human resource management has become a college the important way to gain a competitive advantage,and the effective management of human resources is the key to the use of performance appraisal.This article summarizes the tongren job courtyard from the first with the six years of performance appraisal to strengthen internal management,to use more scientific self-discipline management mechanism,and rectifying year by year,continuous improvement,constantly optimize performance evaluation method,make it become more perfect,to inspire the whole staffs working enthusiasm and vigor,received obvious effect.
