以铜仁职业技术学院开展主题实践教育活动为载体,充分发挥辅导员在党建工作中的"三员"角色(即指导员、联络员、监督员),研讨高职院校辅导员在学生党建工作中的角色与定位,把社会主义核心价值体系融入到人才培养的过程中,按照职业岗位的德育素质要求,培养一批品德优良的高素质技术技能型劳动者。

In tongren polytechnic education subject practice activities as the carrier,give full play to the counselors "three member" role in party construction(i.e.,instructor,liaison,supervisor),research the role of counselors in higher vocational colleges in students’ party construction and positioning,the socialist core value system into the process of talent training,according to the professional moral education of the quality requirements,to cultivate a batch of excellent character of high quality technical skilled workers.
