摘要
课前教学设计与课堂教学实施,是确保全程教学质量,实现专业人才培养目标的重要条件。本人自担任经管学院督导员一年来,按照学校教学督导工作的相关规定,采用不告知、不预约方式,深入班级共听了58人次老师的课堂教学。大家教学风格各异,方法纷呈,效果凸显。本文除了对任课老师的教学优点和问题不足进行梳理总结外,还从老师和学生两方面对任课老师课前、课中和课后需要关注的重要问题提出一些建议,以供同行参考,更好的服务于课堂教育教学。
The teaching design and classroom teaching are important conditions for ensuring the quality of teaching and realizing the object of talents cultivation.Since working as a teaching supervisor in School of Economics and Management,the author of this paper finished attending 58 lectures based on regulations of the school without informing and reservation.The teaching styles and methods are different with good effect.This paper summarizes the advantages and shortcomings of teaching and put forward some important questions needing consideration during the whole teaching process for reference.Hopefully it will better serve the classroom teaching.
