摘要
高职院公共课教师承担着学生素质教育的重要使命,其心理健康状况直接影响和危害到学生综合素养水平及高技能人才培养质量。探讨公共课教师负面心理成因和对学生素养的迁移影响及应对措施,有助于提高他们心理健康水平、教学效果和人才培养质量。
Public course teachers bear an important mission of students’ quality education in vocational colleges.Their mental health status directly affects students’ comprehensive literacy level and high skill talent training quality.The exploration of influence and countermeasures of public course teachers’ negative mind on students is helpful to improve their psychological health,the teaching effect and quality of talents training.
