随着现代职业教育体系不断地完善,高职教育的规模也越来越庞。然而,学生违纪现象的日益增加,成为高职院校管理工作的一个突出问题,严重影响着学校的正常教学、生活秩序和培养目标的实现。因此,对于违纪学生的教育转化显得尤其重要。

With the constantly improving of modern vocational education system, the scale of the higher vocational education is becoming larger. However, Students’ misbehavior is increasing which has become a prominent problem in the management of higher vocational colleges. It seriously affects the normal teaching, the school order and the realization of training objectives. Therefore, the guidance and transformation for those students appears especially important.
