基于“翻转课堂”理念的高校公共选修课教学优化策略研究

Strategies on Improving University Public Optional Courses Teaching Based on the Concept of Flipped Classroom

摘要 地方高校公共选修课教学效果是影响我国复合应用型人才培养质量的关键。然而,当前公共选修课教学普遍存在教学效果不佳的问题。应用文献法和访谈法,分析了传统公共选修课教学中的典型问题,阐述了翻转课堂的内涵、教学实施流程及其优势,并基于'翻转课堂'理念,结合问题分析,提出了地方高校公共选修课教学的优化策略,包括:加强网络在线教学平台的建设和使用、提升教师素质、创新教学评价体系等策略。以期有助于解决问题,完善传统教学模式,提高教学质量。 The teaching efficiency of university public optional courses is the key factor that influences the quality of cultivating high talents with overall appliance abilities in China.However,the teaching efficiency of present university public optional courses is relatively low.This paper analyzes the typical problems in traditional teaching mode of university public optional courses through the methods of literature and students and teachers interview,explains the concept of flipped classroom,the process of implementing flipped classroom teaching and its advantages,and based on the above mentioned,this paper puts forward strategies on improving university public optional courses teaching mode,including building online teaching platform,improving teachers’ overall qualities,innovating course evaluation system to achieve high teaching efficiency by solving problems and improving traditional teaching mode.
