本文介绍了我国著作权法所涉及图书馆例外情形,包括复制权例外、信息网络传播权例外、技术措施规避例外等,并就例外情形进行分析,提出现行法律框架下,图书馆如何应对日常业务工作中涉及的著作权侵权风险。

In this thesis,the library exception,reproduction right exception,the right of communication through information network exception and evasion of technique measure exception which are connected with our national copyright law have been introduced.And it puts forward how to deal with the copyright risk of infringement happened in daily works in the current law framework.
