基层公共电子阅览室生存条件探究

Research on the Living Condition of Local Public Electronic Reading Room

信息化高速发展的今天,人民群众的精神文化需求日益增长。公共电子阅览室建设是加强公共数字文化建设,提高公共文化服务能力,推动覆盖城乡的公共文化服务体系建设的重要组成部分。本文从活动环境、设备、人员、数字资源、网络环境等5个方面,对基层公共电子阅览室的生存条件进行了深入研究,以期探明原因,找出症结,解决问题。

Nowadays,as the rapid development of information technology,people's demand of spiritual culture keeps growing.The construction of local public electronic reading rooms has strengthened the construction of the public digital culture and improved the ability of public cultural services.It plays an important role in promoting the construction of public cultural service system in both urban and rural.This paper has made a deep research on the existence conditions of local public electronic reading rooms,including environment,equipment,personnel,digital resources and network environment,in order to find out and solve the problems.
