公共图书馆为弱势群体服务探讨

Research on the Vulnerable Group Service of Public Library

公共图书馆服务不但面向普通群众,而且还要面向弱势群体。公共图书馆应秉承"读者第一、服务至上"的理念,针对弱势群体读者采取多种人性化服务,方便他们认识和利用图书馆。本文仅以老年人、未成年人年和残疾人为代表,探讨公共图书馆为弱势群体服务的策略。

Public library not only services for ordinary people,but also for vulnerable groups.Public library should adhere to the concept of'reader first and service first',take a variety of humanized service,in order to make them know and use the library.Taking the elders,minors and the handicapped as the examples,this paper discusses the issue of how the public library service for the vulnerable groups.
