公共图书馆利用数字资源开展视障读者服务研究——以天津市河北区图书馆为例

Research on the Visually Impaired Rraders Service by Using Digital Resouces in Public Library——Taking the Hebei District Library in Tianjin as an Example

本文以天津市河北区图书馆社区视障阅览室为例,阐述了公共图书馆利用数字资源开展视障读者服务的现状,分析了数字资源在视障服务中的优势,列举了利用数字资源开展视障服务的方式,并就加强视障数字资源建设问题进行了思考。

Taking the community visually impaired reading rooms of Hebei District Library of Tianjin as an example,this paper expounds the status quo of services for visually impaired readers utilizing digital resources in public library,analyzes the advantages of digital resources in service for visually impaired readers,lists several methods of using digital resources and provides suggestions for strengthening the construction of visual impairment digital resources.
