摘要
我国高校图书馆机构知识库建设正处在蓬勃发展时期。尝试引入平衡计分卡这一战略管理工具,从财务、顾客、内部过程、学习与成长4个维度构建一套适用于机构知识库建设各个阶段的评价指标体系,以期为建设高质量的机构知识库提供参考。
The institutional repository construction of university libraries in China is in a period of rapid development.This paper attempts to introduce the strategic management tool of the Balanced Scorecard,constructs a set of evaluation index system suitable for all stages of the construction of the institutional repository.The evaluation index system concludes four dimensions of finance,customers,internal process,learning and growth,and it hopes to provides reference for the construction of high quality institutions repository.
