在分析图书馆联盟参与OA出版的独特竞争优势基础上,面向OA出版全产业链解析了图书馆联盟参与OA出版的关键单元,提出推进图书馆联盟参与OA出版的路径,即在机构知识库、开放存取点、自助出版端的共同作用下,协调机构知识库服务内部联系与外部竞争、建立国家许可制度下的图书馆开放存取仓储、拓宽数字自助出版服务平台的技术合作边界,以推动图书馆联盟OA出版服务的快速发展。

Based on the analysis of the unique competitive advantages of library alliance in OA publishing,this paper analyzes the key units of library alliance in OA publishing,and puts forward the path of library alliance in OA publishing.Under the synergistic effect of the institutional knowledge base,open access point and self-service publishing end,the realization of library alliance can be promoted through widening the boundary of OA publishing technology cooperation,creating library open access storage under the state licensing system and balancing the internal relations and external competition of institutional knowledge base services.
