Study on Research Impact Measurement Services in University of New South Wales Library

利用文献调查法,详细介绍澳大利亚新南威尔士大学图书馆研究影响力评价服务的发展,总结该馆研究影响力评价服务的特点,并从体系化发展、组织结构变革、人才培养及与各方合作等方面提出我国高校图书馆研究影响力评价服务完善建议。

Basing on the literature investigation method,this paper introduces the development of the Research Impact Measurement Services(RIMS)of the University of New South Wales(UNSW)Library in Australia,and summarizes its characteristics,and puts some suggestions for Chinese university libraries,from systematic development,organizational structure reform,talents training and cooperation among all parties.
