美国高校图书馆数据馆员岗位研究及思考

大数据时代,为深化图书馆对高校教学与科研的支持服务,美国图书馆界率先设立数据馆员岗位,对工作职责和任职能力提出明确要求。近年来,数据馆员服务日渐成熟,对数据馆员岗位要求也越来越高,要求数据馆员能深度融合运用图情专业技能和IT技能,并能批判性地解决实际问题。美国高校图书馆界数据馆员岗位的设置对国内高校图书馆有较强的借鉴价值,我国高校图书馆应依托专业的数据馆员强化数字学术支持服务,通过人员和资源协同,推动科研众包,进而完善数据馆员职业发展体系。

In the era of big data, American libraries first set up the post of data librarian and make explicit requirements on job responsibilities and competency. In recent years, as the service of data librarians becomes mature, the requirement for the post of data librarians is much higher. Data librarians need to deeply integrate professional library and information science knowledge with IT skills, and critically solve practical problems. The establishment of data librarian post in American academic libraries is of great reference value to domestic academic libraries. Chinese academic libraries should strengthen digital academic support service by professional data librarians and promote scientific research crowdsourcing through the coordination of personnel and resources, so as to improve professional career development system of data librarian.
