国内政府开放数据政策领域研究论文合著情况的网络分析

Network Analysis of Co-authored Papers on Open Data Policy in China

通过揭示国内政府开放数据领域近年的作者合著网络详情,以促进政府开放数据领域的交流与发展。文章选取CNKI数据库收录的2010年—2018年6月前国内有关政府开放数据相关文献信息,利用文献信息统计分析工具SATI构建相关矩阵、社会网络分析软件Ucinet绘制图谱,针对合著作者的子网、密度、中心性、小团体、结构洞进行分析。研究表明我国政府开放数据领域的作者合著网络连通不紧密,整体中心度较低,团体合作多以学校机构为主。

By revealing the details of the network of co-authored papers in recent years, this paper aims to facilitate government’s exchange and development in the data field. In this paper, documents related to the government’s open data are collected from the CNKI database from 2010 to June 2018, and a matrix is constructed by SATI, a statistical analysis tool, and a map is drawn by Ucinet, a social network analysis software, through which subnets, density, centrality, small groups, and structure holes of the co author is analyzed. The research shows that the close network of co-authors’ paper in our government’s open data domain has not formed yet, and the overall centrality is relatively low. Schools and institutions are leading drivers in group cooperation.
