社会力量参与“运河书房”建设的模式探索

Research on the Model of Social Forces Participating in the Construction of Canal Study

拱墅区图书馆以运河文化为主题,在上级主管部门的牵头下,与运河边的民营企业、事业单位、社会团体等社会力量合作,共同打造了8家富有当地运河地域特色的公共阅读空间,形成运河边的一道休闲阅读旅游风景线。文章探讨了'运河书房'的建设模式:确定职责,合作共建;规范服务,统一管理;突出主题,丰富内涵;特色活动,带动宣传,并针对其存在的问题提出了3点策略:加强社会力量参与公共图书馆建设的正面宣传;提高社会力量合作方参与公共事业的认知度;探索文旅融合下的休闲游。

Led by local government departments and cooperated with social forces such as private enterprises,public institutions and nongovernmental organizations,the canal culture themed Gongshu library created 8 distinctive reading spaces which provide visitors with a leisure reading scenic route.The paper discusses how the Canal Study is constructed.First of all,all sectors are clear what their responsibilities and cooperate with each other.Secondly,the service in the Canal Study is standardized.Thirdly,the theme of the study is highlighted.Lastly,activities in the study are featured its own characteristics..The paper also offers 3 suggestions to solve the problems.We need to attract social forces to participate in the construction of public libraries,make them aware of the importance of joining public affairs and explore a way to provide a recreation tour route that integrates culture with tourism for the public.
