摘要
本文以"能源—经济—环境"(三E)绩效为研究重点,旨在研究考虑动态要素的跨期效应和链接要素的网络效应时"三E"动态网络全要素生产率。本文基于绿色投入产出核算,提出了动态网络Malmquist模型,利用聚类分析,从行业关联角度探讨我国2002-2007年40行业"三E"动态网络绩效及其对行业结构调整的影响机制。结果表明,动态网络绩效最大的瓶颈是基于关联度的中间交易的控制,次要瓶颈是资本跨期效应和规模效应,忽视中间交易效率贡献是一个长期且普遍的问题。
This paper focuses on energy-economy-environment(3E) performance aiming at 3E dynamic performance with network structures considering the intertemporal effect of dynamic variables and network effect of link variables.Based on green accountings,this paper constructs dynamic Malmquist with network structures.By applying the new model and using cluster analysis,we then investigated panel data of 40 industries in China from 2002 to 2007.Based on empirical results,we found that the first bottleneck of dynamic performance with network structure is the control of intermediate transaction.The second one is capital inter-temporal effect.Also,neglect of intermediate transaction is a long-term and common problem.
