摘要
本文针对2015年6、7月份国外个别媒体发表的几篇质疑中国经济增长速度的文章,阐述了国际上通用的不变价GDP核算的基本方法;中国不变价GDP生产核算中主要行业增加值和不变价GDP使用核算中主要需求项目的计算方法,在此基础上回答了上述文章对中国经济增长速度的质疑。
In regarding to several articles published by foreign media in June/July,2015,which questioned on China's economic growth rate estimates,this paper aimed to provide a sophisticated explanation to these doubts. We included a comparison between a few internationally-accepted constant-price methodologies of GDP calculation and China's main approaches in calculating its GDP,i.e.,the value-added and expenditure-based approaches.
