摘要
通过调控炭纸制备过程中石墨化温度,得到具有不同石墨化度的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)用炭纸,并且进一步对其自身的耐腐蚀性能进行了表征分析。结果表明:2 200℃石墨化温度处理得到的炭纸基体炭更加光滑,而且炭纸石墨化度更高。对其进行电化学测试时其自腐蚀电流密度为0.96μA·cm^(-2),腐蚀电位为0.46 V,并在1.4 V加速腐蚀试验中其腐蚀电流密度趋于31.9μA·cm^(-2)。
The carbon paper used in proton exchange membrane fuel cells with different graphitization degree was successfully fabricated via adjusting graphitization temperature during the synthesis process, and then the corrosion resistance of the carbon paper was further investigated in this paper. It is exhibited that the matrix carbon surface of the carbon paper treated with graphitization temperature of 2 200 ℃ is smoother, and it has higher graphitization degree. The electrochemical tests show that the self-corrosion current density and the corrosion potential of this carbon paper are 0.96 μA·cm-2and 0.46 V, respectively. Moreover, its corrosion current density is close to 31.9 μA·cm-2during the accelerated corrosion test at 1.4 V.
