摘要
研究聚丙烯腈基预氧丝的炭化工艺条件如温度、牵伸比及炉内气压对纤维性能的影响。结果表明:在最佳条件下制备的炭纤维的拉伸强度为4.13 GPa,拉伸模量为238 GPa,并确定了影响纤维力学性能的因素。
The effects of carbonization process conditions such as carbonization temperature, draw ratio and furnace pressure on the mechanical properties of PAN-based carbon fibers were investigated. The results showed that the fiber with the tensile strength of4.13 GPa and tensile modulus of 238 GPa was produced under the optimum process conditions.
