摘要
以贵州六盘水无烟煤为原料,微波辅助固定床为反应装置,探索无烟煤气化的最佳工艺条件,通过气化阶段的单因素实验考察了无烟煤与活性炭总量、微波功率、水蒸气流量和反应时间等对无烟煤气化的影响。通过四因素三水平正交实验,得出对无烟煤气化影响最大的因素是水蒸气流量,其次是无烟煤和活性炭总量,再次是微波功率,最后为反应时间。最佳工艺条件下的能耗为392.34 kJ。通过奥式气体分析仪对收集的气体成分进行分析,无烟煤的气化组分中含量最多的为CO和H2,分别为36.79%和37.99%。实验产生的水煤气含量较多,可用作气体燃料,具有较大经济效益及发展空间。
Taking the anthracite coal in Liupanshui City of Guizhou as the raw material and the microwave-assisted fixed bed as the reaction device,the optimal process conditions of the anthracite coal gasification were explored.The total amount of anthracite and activated carbon,microwave power,steam flow and reaction time were investigated by single factor experiment in the gasification stage.Through the four-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments,the most influential factor for the coal gasification is steam flow rate,followed is the total amount of anthracite and activated carbon,again the microwave power,and finally the reaction time.The energy consumption under the optimum process conditions is 392.34 kJ.The collected gas components were analyzed by an Aoshi gas analyzer.The most volatile components of anthracite could reach 74%,which were CO and H2(36.79%and 37.99%,respectively).The experiment produces more gas component,which can be used as a gaseous fuel,and has great economic benefits and development space.
