摘要
焙烧是生产具有优良性能超高功率石墨电极的重要工序。对焙烧炉炉型进行了比较,并深入分析了生坯在焙烧过程中的受热机理,总结了升温速率、黏结剂沥青、温度场等因素对石墨电极质量的影响,为生产高品质的石墨电极提供参考依据。
Baking is an important process for production of ultra-high power graphite electrode with excellent performance.Through comparing the types of baking furnace,the mechanism of baking was analyzed.The factors including temperature-rising rate,the quality of binder pitches and temperature field that affect the quality of graphite electrodes were summarized,which could provide the reference for high quality graphite electrodes.
