我国科研数据管理服务:内涵、主题演变、研究框架及其启示

Scientific Research Data Management Service in China :Connotation,Theme Evolution,Research Framework and Its Enlightenment

文章运用文献调研、网络调研、主题分析法及关键词词频分析法对我国科研数据管理服务的研究与实践概况、研究框架及其主题演变进行分析,并在此基础上提出我国科研数据管理服务研究与实践中存在的问题并给出具体建议。指出,我国科研数据管理服务存在着实践与案例分析较少、人才培养模式单一、平台建设有待完善等问题;我国科研数据管理服务应从"加强引导,强化意识""丰富研究主题""拓展人才培养模式"及"加强服务平台建设,完善服务内容"四个方面进行提升。此研究可应用于我国科研数据管理服务的理论研究与实践指导。

Research and practice overview, research framework and theme evolution of scientific research data management service are analyzed by means of literature research, network research, subject analysis and keyword frequency analysis. On this basis,the problems in the research and practice of scientific research data management service in China are put forward,and some suggestions are given. This paper finally points out that there are some problems such as less practice and case analysis,single talent training model and platform construction to be improved. Our scientific research data management service should be enhanced from the following aspects: strengthening guidance,strengthening awareness,enriching research topics,expanding talent training modes,strengthening service platform construction and improving service contents. This research can be applied to the theoretical research and practical guidance of scientific research data management service in China.
