我国泛在知识环境下的图书馆用户服务研究综述

A Summary of the Research on Library User Service in the Ubiquitous Knowledge Environment of China

通过知识图谱可视化分析和文献研究相结合,分析我国泛在知识环境下的图书馆用户服务的研究热点与不同阶段的研究特征,并通过聚类分析将泛在知识环境下图书馆的用户服务梳理为5个主题:泛在知识环境下的图书馆信息服务研究、图书馆泛在服务的策略与行动方案研究、实现图书馆用户服务的技术发展研究、图书馆用户服务具体业务的演进与创新和泛在知识环境下的图书馆用户服务其他研究。发现泛在知识环境支持下的图书馆用户服务研究发展存在着一系列问题并提出可行性建议:要进一步挖掘理论研究的深度,推动理论与实践研究的融合;要深入了解用户需求,探索图书馆服务创新;要在根植本土的基础上拓展国际视野。

Using CitesPace knowledge graph visualization analysis tool and EXCEL table,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the research literature of library user service in the ubiquitous knowledge environment of China.Based on the co-occurrence,frequency and centrality of key words,the research hotspots and the characteristics of different stages of research are analyzed.Based on cluster analysis,the user services of library in ubiquitous knowledge environment are sorted into five themes:the research on library information service in ubiquitous knowledge environment,the research on the strategy and action scheme of library ubiquitous service,the research on the technical development of realizing library user service,the evolution and innovation of library user service specific business,and other research on library user service in the ubiquitous knowledge environment.The authors find that there are a series of problems in the research and development of library user service supported by ubiquitous knowledge environment.Therefore,some recommendations are given:researchers should further excavate the depth of theoretical research and promote the integration of theoretical and practical research;and it is necessary to understand the needs of users deeply and explore the innovation of library service;it is also important to expand the international field of vision on the basis of being rooted in the native land.
