国家公共文化服务体系示范区创建促进创建地区公共图书馆体系发展、机制创新和效能提升。文章分析了示范区创建标准中的公共图书馆标准,以佛山市公共图书馆在示范区创建中的实践与探索为例,提出体系发展、总分馆制建设、服务效能提升以及服务创新是现代公共图书馆建设重点。归纳了政策与资金保障、以标准化促进均等化、贯彻落实法律、发挥中心馆作用等佛山经验。

The creation of the demonstration area provides opportunities for the development of public libraries,with innovative breakthroughs in management systems,facilities systems,and efficacy improvement.The article analyzes the public library standards in the construct criteria of the demonstration area.Taking the practice and exploration of the Foshan Public Library in the creation of the demonstration area as an example,it is proposed that the system development,the main-branch library system construction,the service efficiency improvement and the service innovation are the focus of modern public library construction.It summarizes Foshan’s experience in terms of policy and financial security,equalization of standardization,implementation of laws,and the role of the center library.
