摘要
研究旨在通过研究知识图谱和供给侧改革驱动下用户对高校图书馆学科服务质量的满意程度来进行基于LibQUAL的高校图书馆学科服务质量评估指标监测机制探究。研究基于LibQUAL模型开发一个新的基于供给侧视角的高校图书馆学科服务质量测度模型工具。该工具共包括30个测量项目,对图书馆服务的5个维度分别进行满意度水平测度。本研究采用目前常用的Cronbach’s Alpha信度系数,一般认为问卷信度在介于0.5与0.9之间以内是合理的,并且数值越大表明信度越高。本研究采用问卷的Cronbach’s Alpha信度系数为0.924,即大于0.9,数值较高,表明变量间很好的信度水平并说明本问卷是一份信度较高的问卷。299份图书馆用户的问卷调查结果表明,感知服务质量水平总体高于用户可接受的最低服务水平,感知服务质量水平普遍低于期待的理想服务水平。研究结果可为高校图书馆转型升级、管理和资源配置等提供决策支持。
This paper aims to study the degree of users’satisfaction with the subject service quality of university libraries driven by the supply-side reform.The research on the monitoring mechanism of subject service quality evaluation index of university library is based on knowledge graph and LibQUAL.This study develops a new library service quality measurement tool based on LibQUAL model,which includes a total 30 measurement items to measure user satisfaction levels from 5 dimensions of library services.The Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient is 0.924,with a high value,indicating a good reliability level between variables.The results of 299 questionnaires show that the perceived service quality level is generally higher than the lowest acceptable service level,and the perceived service quality level is generally lower than the expected ideal service level.The results of this study can provide decision support for the transformation and upgrading of university libraries.
