美国公共图书馆创客教育师资建设的实践与启示 被引量:2

Practice and Enlightenment of the Development of the Maker Education Teachers in American Public Libraries

摘要 美国公共图书馆作为发展较早、体系成熟的创客教育实施图书馆之一,在创客教育诞生与传播阶段通过优化创客教育师资,解决了教育实践问题。创客教育文化普及、创客人才培育、理论支撑体系的构建为美国公共图书馆的创客教育师资建设提供了良好实践基础。通过招募创客教育馆员、加强馆员培训、志愿者团队建设、跨机构合作等途径,美国公共图书馆构建了多元高效、可持续发展的师资建设体系。我国公共图书馆可以引入美国师资建设理念,发展创客教育师资。 As one of the earliest and mature maker education implementation libraries,the American public Libraries have solved the problem of educational practice by optimizing the maker education teachers during the birth and dissemination of maker education.The popularity of maker education culture,the training of talents,and the construction of theoretical support system provide a good practical foundation for the construction of maker education teachers in American public libraries.Through the recruitment of maker education librarians,strengthening of librarian training,volunteer team building,and inter-agency cooperation,the US public libraries have established a multi-effective and sustainable development of the faculty construction system.China’s public libraries can introduce the concept of American teacher construction and Cultivate and expand the team of maker teachers.
