Analysis and Construction of the Library Website Evaluation System under the Analytical Framework of“Full Evaluation”

图书馆网站评价对于提升图书馆网站建设质量具有重要意义。为科学、全面地评价图书馆网站,在回顾国内外相关研究的基础上,采用'全评价'分析框架对图书馆网站评价体系的构建进行分析,提出图书馆网站评价的评价主体应由馆员、学者和用户共同组成,评价客体应在分类评价的前提下各有侧重,应综合运用形式评价法、内容评价法、效用评价法进行评价。此外,文章还构建了一个包括网站形式、内容和效用3个层面的图书馆网站评价指标体系。

The evaluation of the library website is of great significance to improve the quality of the construction of the library website.In order to scientifically and comprehensively evaluate the library website,on the basis of reviewing relevant research at home and abroad,the analytical framework of 'full evaluation' is applied to analyze the construction of the library website evaluation system.It is proposed that the evaluation subject of the library website evaluation should be composed of librarians,scholars and users,and the evaluation object should be focused on the premise of classification evaluation,which means that the formal evaluation method,the content evaluation method and the utility evaluation method should be used comprehensively for evaluation.In addition,the article also constructs a library website evaluation index system including three levels of website form,content and utility.
