纸电一体化的电子资源服务体系可以作为现阶段图书馆电子资源管理系统的新选择。文章梳理了国内外ERMS的相关研究与应用,从图书馆实际需求出发,搭建了纸电一体化的电子资源服务系统框架,阐述了系统基本功能模块和具体技术实现思路,探讨了图书馆电子资源管理系统选择并提出了纸电一体化电子资源服务体系的建设建议,以期为图书馆电子资源管理系统的建设发展提供新思路。

In recent years,the choice and development of library electronic resource management system has been concerned and discussed a lot.This paper aims to study the construction of a printed-electronic integrated electronic resource service system,providing new ideas for the construction and development of library electronic resource management system.It reviews the research and application of ERMS at home and abroad.Based on the actual needs of the library,the framework is established.It explains the basic functional modules of the system and the specific technical implementation ideas,and discusses the selection of library electronic resource management system and puts forward suggestions on the construction of the system.The integrated electronic resource service system can serve as a buffer for the next generation of smart library system and has become the new choice of electronic resource management system in library.And attention should be paid to the platform architecture,metadata standards,data collection,security mechanism and other aspects in the construction process.
